VALE - DENNIS SYRMIS. TRIBUTES FLOW FOR AUSTRALIAN DRAG RACING ICON

The funeral for former Willowbank manager and ANDRA national director, Dennis Syrmis will appropriately be held at Willowbank Raceway this Friday (6 December).

The raceway announced the service will begin at 9:30am, with family and friends invited to celebrate the life of Australian drag racing's most influential administrators.

Syrmis passed away Sunday after a long illness.

His family has asked that no flowers be brought, instead requesting donations be made to the "Alzheimer's Disease Research at the Queensland Brain Bank at the University of Queensland".

Donations can be made on the day via provided envelopes or online by the following link.
