POSITION VACANT - Just Drag Racing seeks multimedia all-rounder to join our team

JustDragRacing.com is seeking a budding multimedia all-rounder with a passion for drag racing and ability to write to join our Melbourne-based organization.

JustDragRacing.com is arguably Australia's fastest growing online news source for drag racing enthusiasts, and part of the Veracity Media & Communications company, one of Australia's most respected news content supplier and public engagement agencies specialising in motorsport.

The position we are offering is full time with the successful applicant responsible for the online news and content management of JustDragRacing.com, and other duties within the organisation.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you must be knowledgeable about drag racing, be responsible, reliable, able to work autonomously, and work on weekends.

Ideally suited to a recent university graduate in journalism, strong writing and interview skills are a must, as is the ability to recognise and chase news stories.

Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Word and Adobe Creative Suite are desirable, as is CMS experience.

Skills in photography and videography to be able to deliver quality news, photo and video content to our growing readership is also a benefit.

The salary package is negotiable based on experience.
