Australian Supercharged Outlaws Champion Luke Marsden has admitted that he needs to redouble his efforts ahead of Round 9 of the Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship in Mildura.

Three-time Australian Champion, Graeme "The Bricklayer" Cooper will contest the 60th Anniversary NHRA Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals, at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis next month. 

Victorian drag racing teams will have the opportunity to fine-tune their cars ahead of upcoming ANDRA events at this Saturday's Test and Tune day at Calder Park.

The session is open to all ANDRA licence holders and will be held in the afternoon and evening to avoid the hottest part of the day.

Despite searing temperatures in the second round of the Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship at the Perth Motorplex, six new national records have been ratified by ANDRA.
